The Human Rights Watch Annual Dinner, Voices for Justice, celebrates individuals who risk their lives to protect the dignity and rights of others. This year, Human Rights Watch honors three activists: Mandira Sharma, who exposes "disappearances" and indiscriminate attacks against civilians in Nepal; Veronica Cruz, who fights for the right of rape victims to receive the safe abortion they are entitled to under Mexican law; and Arnold Tsunga, who takes legal action against the forced displacement of hundreds of thousands of people in Zimbabwe.

Human Rights Watch collaborates with these courageous human rights defenders to create a world in which people live free of violence, discrimination, and oppression.
