Internship Description:
The Communications and Advocacy Divisions in the London office of Human Rights Watch (HRW) are looking for a full time intern to assist staff with various press and advocacy responsibilities. The responsibilities include monitoring press coverage of HRW in the UK, compiling press cuttings, distributing HRW reports, responding to inquiries for information and providing administrative support, including data entry and filing. Where possible, interns will also get the opportunity to assist other staff outside the Communications and Advocacy Divisions within the London office on various projects as the need arises.

Qualifications:
Applicants should be well-organized, self-motivated and reliable, with a strong interest in international human rights. Previous administrative experience is highly desirable. Computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office, Internet applications) are required.
