Uzbekistan: EU Should Press for Human Rights

We write on the occasion of the upcoming E.U.-Uzbekistan Cooperation Council, to share our concerns with
respect to the Uzbek government's appalling human rights record and to urge you to use the Council meeting to
press for concrete progress in this area.
