Re: Magdi Ibrahim al-Sayyid al-Naggar, date of arrest 7/30/98: according to information received after this report went to press, Magdi al-Naggar was released from detention in Egypt sometime following the February 23, 2000, execution of his brother, Ahmad Ibrahim al-Sayyid al-Naggar.
