안창호가 인권위원장에 임명된 상황에서 국가인권위원회는 조금이라도 본연의 임무가 훼손되지 않도록 하면서 대한민국의 인권 의무를 지켜나가야 할 것이다. 차별 금지에 대한 다짐이 후퇴하면 평등을 향한 한국의 행보에 치명적인 차질이 생길 것이기 때문이다.
