A private Franco-Arab school destroyed by explosives in March 2019, in Djibo, Sahel region, Burkina Faso. A local resident said he saw armed men pass by before and after the detonation, saying “Allahu Akbar.” “The building was totally destroyed. The roof and ceiling [had fallen] on top of the desks,” the resident said. The school, which had 90-100 students, remained closed.
