Muji, a 24-year-old man with a mental health condition, has been living in chains for months at Marsiyo's House, a private family-run institution in Kebumen, Central Java, Indonesia. When this photo was taken, Muji said he was "very, very hungry" and, pointing to the chain around his ankle, said it is "against human rights."
