Lily Sparks

Lily Sparks is Senior Global Advocacy Associate at Human Rights Watch, conducting research projects to inform the advocacy department. She has also contributed to the work of Human Rights Watch at the Human Rights Council.

Prior to joining Lily worked in migrant justice, advocating for the rights of survivors of trafficking in the UK. She has also worked for Medecins sans Frontiers, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and Bail for Immigration Detainees. Lily holds a Masters in Humanitarian Action from SOAS University of London. She speaks fluent English, French and Spanish.
