After the US staged a raid in Libya and captured terror suspect Abu Anas al-Libi, the United States is detaining him on a US Navy ship in the Mediterranean Sea, according to media reports

Concerns have been raised about both his capture and his treatment. 

India needs to address provisions in laws and rules governing the Internet that are over-broad and ambiguous, and which have been misused to arrest those critical of the government and put pressure on media companies to censor content.
