Ramzi Kaiss is a researcher in the Middle East and North Africa Division at Human Rights Watch investigating human rights abuses in Lebanon. Previously, he worked at MENA Rights Group, a Geneva-based legal advocacy organization, where he documented civil and political rights violations across the MENA region as part of complaints submitted before UN human rights mechanisms. He received a Master of Advanced Studies in Transitional Justice, Human Rights, and the Rule of Law from the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights.
